After years of focusing solely on wholesale, they had just launched their first Shopify store and needed assistance navigating Klaviyo and email marketing. The challenge was to maintain the brand's minimalist, high-quality aesthetic while ensuring the strategy and design remained functional. The team wanted to avoid overwhelming their customers with emails, in order to keep the brand feeling exclusive.
Solution
We began by designing sleek welcome and back-in-stock flows that reflected the product's quality and aesthetic. Next, we created campaign templates that the Enza team could easily edit and use going forward. The strategy was kept intentionally straightforward, eliminating any unnecessary flows and campaigns to deliver the exclusive experience Enza customers expect.
