The founder, Jess Metz, comes from California with 12 years experience in design and digital marketing. Working in house for years, she wanted to start an agency that gave a more bespoke approach to the design process and has built her career around creating e-commerce experiences that seamlessly integrate strategy and design. Her work has made her a key figure in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries, where she helps brands stand out in the digital space.
